Live on your terms

“She’s an MBA but wasted her degree being a SAHM”
“She’s a millennial mom but doesn’t wear short skirts”
“She can drive but chooses not to.”
They insinuated that I am unempowered, dependent, weak and unhappy.
But only I experience the joy of raising my son right. Β
The joy of handling finances singlehandedly, while my husband earns.
The joy of wearing a comfortable kurta and being carefree all day long.
The joy of taking a relaxed cab ride and scrolling down social media.
Only I experience the joy of living on my terms and being happy about it.

I am taking my blog to the next level with Blogchatter’s #MyFriendAlexa.
