Is A Balanced Diet Enough For Your Kids?

When I see my 4-year-old’s fast-paced life, I wonder if the diet is giving him enough energy and nutrition to sustain throughout the day. He starts his day at 6 AM, rushes to school, comes back tired, barely finishes the lunch and takes a couple of hours nap.   3. Haven’t tried V-nourish yet, but seems to be a healthy and nutritious drink.
    My kids are not very fussy and enjoy the meals I cook but yes there are days when they are not in the mood to have what’s on a table or they are tired and need extra supplements so I will surely try this.

  13. Though heard a lot about V nourish but haven’t tried with my kids. I prefer not giving supplement drinks unless they are very fussy or as a backup food option during long travel.
